EMEA Revenue Operations team in Sinch is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team based in Prague to chase the dream with us.

The essence of the role

In this role you'll make a significant impact by:

  • Supporting the regional sales leaders and the Revenue Operations team to drive Revenue/GP growth through programs focused on continuously streamlining the activities of sellers and implementing best practices leading to higher sales productivity.
  • Being a trusted partner to the regional and cross functional leaders and stakeholders for anything related to sales operations in the region.

More specifically, as Sales Operations Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate the development, the readiness and the continuous evolution of sales management and performance frameworks which via reports and dashboards provide actionable insights to leaders of the business in the region;
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to ensure smooth operations and scalability as well as increased seller productivity for both the Enterprise segment as well as for Mid-Market;
  • Build a small footprint yet scalable support framework for regional sales teams working across different systems and production platforms and selling a broad portfolio of products;
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement programs, including product and process training and resources, to enhance the effectiveness of the regional sales teams;
  • Work cross functionally to ensure strategic alignment and operational coordination between the various regional stakeholder teams: Sales, Finance, Product, BI/Data, Partner, Marketing, Legal, etc
  • Lead and mentor a small team of sales operations professionals.

You will report to the EMEA VP Revenue Operations, who is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

 

Who are you?

For this position we are looking for a driven Sales Operations Manager with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, able to deliver complex sales operations programs focused on outcomes such as: operational efficiency, enablement, new product introductions etc. Additionally, experience in coordinating a small team of individual contributors across key tasks such as: instrumenting sales reporting frameworks, designing and improving sales processes, transforming sales support activities into regional programs is essential.

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related areas

Experience: around 5-7 years of relevant professional experience as part of Sales Operations or Business Operations in a regional or global team in a tech/telecom organization. Experience coordinating a small team of professionals will be a plus.

Skills: Strong experience with sales and business analysis, understanding and operationalizing different types of business models (trasactional vs SaaS), coordinating and creating sales reporting frameworks surfacing impactful insights, developing programs to continuously improve sales processes, enablement and sales productivity. You have a high attention to detail, you are structured and able to analyze complex issues and propose creative solutions.

Systems proficiency: strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, general sales tech stack, excel, Tableau, sales compensation tools, sales enablement platforms etc

Self-starter: You are a proactive and self-motivated individual, adept at working independently and requiring minimal supervision. Ambiguity doesn't deter you; in fact, you excel at transforming uncertain situations into well-defined paths. You possess strong prioritization skills and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Program Management: Your program management skills are advanced and enable you to coordinate medium to large projects involving and driving business and sales outcomes.

Communication skills: Your verbal and written communication skills make you a standout candidate. You have the ability to express complex information in a clear and approachable manner. Not only that, but you can effortlessly engage with diverse leadership teams across different departments.
