We’re a close-knit group of 75 developers, and we’re on the lookout for an HR Lead who not only cares about people and culture but also knows that great HR doesn’t work without nailing the admin side. You’ll do more than just the basics—you’ll shape how we approach HR, keep things organized behind the scenes, and build a positive company culture. If you’re experienced in HR, love coaching, handling processes, and creating smart hiring strategies, we’d love to chat!

• Driving our HR strategy, ensuring processes and admin align with company goals.
• Leading recruitment, from searching to hiring, ensuring we get the best talent.
• Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Keeping our HR policies and paperwork up to date, correct, and efficient.
• Overseeing the relocation of international employees and ensuring compliance with international laws.
• Guiding managers through employee reviews and supporting team growth with feedback and coaching.
• Coaching leaders to build strong teams while staying true to our values.

• Profound experience in HR including a minimum of 5 years as an HR Generalist or in a strategic role.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR regulations.
• Proven experience in HR strategy, leading successful projects, and managing admin.
• Great communication and mediation skills.
• Fluent in English (Czech is a must).
• Experience with HR systems and databases.
• Experience in gaming or IT? That’s a big bonus!
• It is mandatory to be based in Brno, so you must be willing to move.
