Digital Course Access: Once a customer accesses any digital content or services, including course materials, the course becomes non-refundable.

1.3 Duplicate Payments

Refunds for duplicate payments will be issued within 25 working days through the original method of payment.

International Compliance: For residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, and regions with similar requirements, Outscal provides a 14-day cooling-off period from the purchase date. Refunds under this period may only apply if the user has not accessed the course content.

3. Exemptions and Exceptions

3.1 No Refund for Completed or Accessed Services

Services that have been accessed or where the initial eligibility period has passed are non-refundable.

3.2 International Customers

Residents of the EU, UK, and other regions with a statutory cooling-off period may receive a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed the digital content. Accessing course materials waives this right.

3.3 Cancellation by Outscal

If Outscal cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants within 25 working days of cancellation.
