This role, reporting to the Director of Industrial Engineering at Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR), requires coordinating team meetings and events, supporting special projects, and providing administrative assistance.  Responsibilities encompass planning staff meetings, team events, and professional development sessions; handling daily administrative tasks (calendar management, email correspondence, meeting minutes, arranging travel and catering, expense reports, etc.); collecting and analyzing data on SHDR and related industries; creating presentations; collaborating with third-party data collectors; and organizing travel arrangements for visiting leaders.  The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience as a team assistant, executive assistant, or coordinator in a multinational company, excellent communication skills (English and Chinese), strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The position demands a proactive, self-motivated individual comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple priorities.

Base Compensation Range:&nbsp;$180,000-$240,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
