The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in product management, LiveOps, or performance management within free-to-play mobile games, demonstrating expertise in LiveOps systems, event optimization, and player behavior analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Scopely is looking for an Sr Product Manager to join our team on the Mega-hit Stumble Guys!

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Product Manager to join our LiveOps team, driving the performance and engagement of Stumble Guys. You will play a central role in shaping the LiveOps strategy, balancing player satisfaction with performance metrics, ensuring our events, features, and campaigns are data-driven, innovative, and impactful.

You’ll leverage data, creativity, and collaboration to craft LiveOps strategies that maximize player engagement and in-game performance. You’ll ensure the seamless delivery of LiveOps events, fine-tune monetization strategies, and focus on reactivating and retaining players while keeping the game fresh, fun, and competitive.

What will you do

  • Own LiveOps Performance Strategy: Develop and execute LiveOps strategies that maximize engagement, retention, and monetization, aligning with Stumble Guys' player-first and community-focused vision.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with the Analytics and Economy teams to monitor player behavior, run experiments, and optimize event performance through rigorous A/B testing and iteration.
  • Plan & Execute LiveOps Events: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LiveOps events, including daily challenges, seasonal content, and special promotions, ensuring consistent, exciting experiences for players.
  • Maximize Event Impact: Analyze LiveOps events like the Stumble Pass, tournaments, and limited-time modes, identifying opportunities to increase participation and spending while maintaining player satisfaction.
  • Engage a Global Player Base: Create region-specific LiveOps strategies informed by data and cultural insights, ensuring inclusivity and relevance for our worldwide audience.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with the Design, Marketing, Community, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless LiveOps experiences and align campaigns with seasonal themes and game updates.
  • Optimize New Feature Launches: Partner with the Live Product team to support feature rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with the LiveOps calendar.
  • Forecast & Report Performance: Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to model revenue and engagement outcomes for LiveOps initiatives and deliver actionable post-mortems.
  • Mentor & Lead: Guide junior team members, fostering a culture of experimentation, player empathy, and performance-driven decision-making.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, LiveOps, or performance management, ideally within free-to-play multiplayer mobile games.
  • Expertise in LiveOps: Deep understanding of LiveOps systems, event optimization, progression design, and player behavior within the F2P gaming ecosystem.
  • Analytical & Results-Driven: Proficient in analyzing data, designing experiments, and tracking KPIs to achieve measurable performance improvements.
  • Player-Centric: A passion for delivering world-class player experiences that balance fun, engagement, and monetization.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate with clarity, and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with LiveOps tools (e.g., CMS platforms), analytics dashboards, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Passion for Stumble Guys: Enthusiasm for massively multiplayer games and a strong grasp of the dynamics that make Stumble Guys a standout title.
