The Crown Is Yours

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support and collaborate with the Talent Management Team to build and implement processes of designing and delivering strategies that will enable, motivate, and retain our employees. You will support the Talent Management Team in the implementation of all the processes of improving the working methods and organizational structure at DraftKings to ensure success as we rapidly grow and scale to meet the incredible opportunity before us. You will also work cross-functionally with our People team to support our employees.

This is a temporary role with a fixed-term contract for one year.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS AN HR GENERALIST

  • You will support a wide range of Talent Management HR tasks and global projects, such as organizing training and development initiatives, crafting HR policies, and working on job descriptions.

  • You will be responsible for the accurate data in the HR Information Systems, ensuring that all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.

  • You will also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on some HR-related topics.

  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace.

  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.

  • Undertake tasks around performance management.

  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.

  • Analytical and highly detail-oriented with a passion for using data.

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

  • Good knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation.

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.

  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Aptitude in problem-solving.

  • Desire to work in a team with a result driven approach.

  • Fluency in English.
