Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum of two years in sourcing various functions and business lines, from blue collar, skilled trades and professional &amp; leadership searches.</li><li>Multiple country sourcing experience required; ideally APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NAM</li><li>Expert in utilizing external sources such as search engines, job boards, social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify candidates; LinkedIn Recruiter experience are an advantage</li><li>Expert in writing appealing candidate centric messaging</li><li>Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Workday experience preferred </li></ul>
