Gnosis Pay is revolutionizing finance with the world's first self-custody card, seamlessly bridging traditional card schemes with blockchain technology. Working with us means tackling novel challenges at the intersection of e-money regulations and Web3 innovation.

About the Role: We're looking for a Product Manager to own our onboarding journey end-to-end. You will drive the development of our APIs, SDKs, and gnosispay.com web app, which are focused on integrated partners. Your responsibilities include co-ownership of the signup funnel, KYC processes, checkout, card order, and activation. Your mission will be to make the onboarding experience smooth, intuitive, and compliant, setting our users up for success from day one. 

We are currently operating in two jurisdictions (UK and EEA), but we are expanding to 9 new countries in three different regions next month, making the KYC process extraordinarily complicated and crucial. Finding a balance between compliance and good UX is a key factor of this role. You will collaborate across functions—engineering, design, growth, support, legal, and compliance—to deliver an onboarding experience that not only complies with regulations but delights users.

  • Co-own and optimise the onboarding funnel, from user signup, kyc, to card activation along with the Growth team
  • Ensure that the KYC journey aligns with regulatory requirements in e-money and the Web3 space, while maintaining a seamless user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, growth, support, and compliance— to create a compliant and user-focused onboarding flow
  • Gather, analyze, and implement user feedback to iterate and improve the onboarding process
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable product features that meet compliance standards
Who you are
  • 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing onboarding flows, including KYC, sign-up, and card activation processes
  • Strong understanding of fintech and/or blockchain technologies
  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams to deliver successful product outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulations in fintech or web3
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of payment infrastructure and card schemes
