About Nabis: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in ETL testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data validation, and ETL processes, and experience in comparing large datasets across different databases. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data as it moves through various stages of transformation and storage.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading our automation testing arm, working closely with product managers and engineers to define comprehensive test plans and execute automated testing across various parts of our application.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop and implement effective test plans.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Robot, and Postman.
• Utilize Python and other scripting languages to create robust automation frameworks.
• Understand and analyze our TypeScript codebase to build informed Blackbox and Whitebox tests.
• Regularly execute and maintain automated test suites to ensure continuous quality assurance.
• Manage and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring thorough documentation and timely resolution.
• Coordinate with local and US-based teams to ensure effective communication and bug closure.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building and executing test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Robot, and Postman.
• Strong programming skills in Python and other scripting languages.
• Understanding of TypeScript and its application in testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems like JIRA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter, able to build testing infrastructure from scratch.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
