As a Deal Desk Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining contract processes and ensuring optimal deal structuring for customer contracts. You'll collaborate with sales, customer success, legal, and accounting teams to facilitate efficient renewals, drive revenue growth, and maximize retention. Responsibilities include providing strategic guidance on pricing and deal terms, assisting in structuring and executing deals, ensuring compliance and financial soundness of agreements, developing and refining deal desk processes, monitoring and reporting key metrics, educating and training teams on best practices, managing approval processes for complex deals, and ensuring timely internal approvals.
