QA Director

You are our person if you have:

• 5 or more years of experience in managing a testing team or teams
• confident knowledge of one of the programming languages (C#, Java, Python)
• experience in organizing automated testing on projects
• experience in organizing the process of testing the compatibility/client performance on PC and mobile devices
• experience in building a manual and/or automated testing team
• deep understanding of the concepts and methodologies of software development and testing, both manual and automated.
• ability to communicate, negotiate, introduce new technologies, and inspire the team

Will come in handy:

• experience of working on gaming projects

• analyzing and improving the testing processes
• scaling successful practices across all projects
• developing a testing strategy and the general quality standard
• introducing and developing relevant tools and approaches for manual, automated, and performance testing
• developing teams and specific testers
• creating new teams customized for the project's needs
