 We're looking for a talented and passionate Data Engineer to join Wildlife's Cloud Economics team in São Paulo, Brazil.
The mission of the Cloud Economics team at Wildlife is to have world-class productivity and efficiency across the company by finding and further investigating efficiency opportunities related to the usage and/or provisioning of technology resources.&nbsp;
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for gathering all the information needed into the data lake; build and maintain such a lake permanently. You will also play a key role in developing the analyses and algorithms that identify the patterns and type of usage of our data that allow us to find opportunities to improve its usage and storage.

<h2>What you’ll do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Be part of a high-output team, directly contributing to company results;</li>
<li>Build the required date lakes and do the corresponding ETL in order to be able to consolidate and query information about multiple data sources;</li>
<li>Enhance our data discovery capabilities;</li>
<li>Identify unused data and propose how to handle it (sampling, deletion, move to colder classes of storage);</li>
<li>Find and propose data modeling optimizations across the data lake to avoid inefficiencies like duplicated data, data normalization, data types, etc. (table partitioning, migrating to delta tables);</li>
<li>Develop an internal cost allocation data lake for our most significant technology providers.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What you'll need</h2>

<li>University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field;</li>
<li>Solid experience working as a data engineer on technically challenging problems;</li>
<li>Proficiency in programming with SQL and Python;</li>
<li>Experience creating data pipelines;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with AWS;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with Airflow or other workflow management tool is a differential.</li>

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the tech sphere, and will bring exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can maintain professionalism and discretion while handling a wide array of responsibilities.
This position is based at our state-of-the-art offices on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
<h2>What you will do:</h2>
<h3>Executive Assistant (EA) Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Calendar Management: Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinating across multiple time zones, prioritizing appointments, and strategically scheduling meetings to optimize efficiency.</li><li>Communication Management: Screen and manage incoming emails and correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on key issues.</li><li>Extensive Travel Coordination: Plan and organize all business-related travel arrangements, including booking flights, securing accommodations, arranging ground transportation and preparing detailed itineraries.Liaise with clients, partners, and event organizers in advance to ensure all logistics align with the CEO’s schedule. Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursements related to travel activities.</li><li>Information &amp; File Management: Organize and maintain digital records, ensuring secure storage and easy access for sensitive files, reports, and other documentation.</li><li>Project Assistance: Provide support on a variety of projects, conducting research, preparing summaries, and coordinating with relevant departments to track progress and deadlines.</li><li>Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and other high-level functions, including managing RSVPs, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.</li><li>LinkedIn &amp; Social Media Management: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to keep the CEO’s LinkedIn and company profiles up-to-date, sharing news, updates, and achievements to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Office Management: Oversee office supplies, petty cash, and maintain a well-organized workspace to ensure daily operations run smoothly.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Personal Support: Manage personal appointments, handle correspondence, and coordinate commitments for the CEO</li><li>Comprehensive Support: Provide proactive assistance with both business and personal tasks, maintaining close alignment with the CEO’s preferences and priorities.</li><li>Stay Informed: Keep the CEO updated on relevant industry news, networking opportunities, and upcoming events, providing summaries as needed.</li><li>Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle all matters with absolute confidentiality, maintaining discretion in all interactions on behalf of the CEO.</li><li>Personal Travel Arrangements: Arrange personal travel for the CEO </li><li>Property Management: Collaborate and communicate with the property manager to ensure the CEO is up-to-date with property information and status.</li></ul>

<h2>What you need to have</h2>
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives. Experience within the tech or startup environment is preferred.
Skills:
<ul><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Trello).</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high levels of discretion.</li><li>Flexibility to accommodate extended hours as required.</li></ul>
