Summary

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.

We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Brand Manager (Contract) for an exciting opportunity with a leading American multinational toy manufacturing and entertainment company. This position, located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, offers a hybrid work environment (3 days onsite per week) and is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. You’ll be joining the Global Brand Development & Marketing Teams to support the company’s iconic arts and crafts brand.

As a Product Marketing Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and innovation. This position will offer you the chance to make a significant impact within a highly creative, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement impactful brand marketing programs, including Paid Media Assets, Merchandising Guides, and eCommerce Assets.
  • Work with Designers, Engineers, Branding Creatives, and Project Managers to develop and manage product line initiatives based on consumer insights.
  • Partner with Design and Development teams to create innovative toy lines that drive channel growth.
  • Analyze and interpret category data in collaboration with the Research Team to shape strategic marketing approaches.
  • Manage and mentor 1 direct report, fostering growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. MBA is strongly preferred.
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience supporting fully integrated marketing programs, including media, licensing, advertising, and promotions campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and the steps required to bring products to market.
  • Expertise in developing and executing innovative media and marketing campaigns.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of your assignment must be at least 10 weeks.
