Graphic Designer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the Global Franchise Creative Team for one of our top clients.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the creative direction and asset development for our client's iconic brands, including the beloved American Girl brand. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for creative design, a deep understanding of product development, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide creative support to priority licensees and programs, ensuring top-quality design and brand consistency
• Develop innovative graphics, mock-ups, and artwork to support the Franchise Creative team in new product lines
• Oversee product development and manage approvals across multiple categories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain creative consistency and ensure successful execution
• Manage project logistics, including tracking and sharing progress across teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in licensing or product design
• Strong background in brand approvals and experience with tools such as Brand Comply or similar systems
• Experience in creative design and product development, with Softlines experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Data Asset Management (DAM) systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong understanding of the Consumer Products industry
• A growth mindset, continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving your skillset
