Director / AVP - Head of Design

DreamX seeks a Director/AVP - Head of Design to contribute to its product roadmap design strategy. Responsibilities include scaling and mentoring a multidisciplinary design team, establishing a design-led culture, collaborating with stakeholders to solve user and business problems using data and research, and ensuring design strategy implementation for exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design, and proven ability to scale and structure design teams and processes. The role is based in Mumbai and is a full-time, on-site position.
