Lead ElevenLabs' Performance Marketing efforts, focusing on B2C and SMB customer acquisition.  Manage relationships with marketing agencies, scale existing channels (SEM, PMax, YouTube, Meta), and test new ones.  Direct CRO experiments with the growth engineering team, and build/manage an in-house performance marketing team. This role requires strong analytical abilities, experience scaling campaigns to 6/7 figures monthly, and creating high-converting landing pages. Close collaboration with the Head of Growth, Data Lead, and Head of Design is expected. Initially an individual contributor role, with growth potential to lead a team.
