Entrata’s Talent Coordinator is who we rely on to create an exceptional interview experience for the world-class talent joining our organization. As part of our Recruiting team, based in Lehi, UT, this role requires the ability to assist with interview scheduling, processing background checks, sourcing and other ancillary tasks as needed. You will partner closely with our full-cycle recruiters to rethink and execute on ways to engage and build a one-of-a-kind interviewing and hiring experience for our future Entrata employees!

Responsibilities

    • Become the face of Entrata, greeting both candidates and clients and facilitate the onsite and virtual interview process, ensuring a high touch, friendly candidate experience representative of Entrata’s culture.
    • Juggle multiple priorities at once while maintaining a positive attitude to instill confidence in hiring managers and candidates. 
    • Become the CEO of your Entrata experience taking ownership of your decisions, impact and growth by charting your own path.
    • Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless interview and onboarding experience for all candidates.
    • Own the logistics of the interview process including booking travel for candidates when necessary. 
    • Learn how to evaluate candidates and spend time reviewing resumes.
    • Occasionally reach out to passive candidates on LinkedIn and help develop a strong candidate pipeline as time permits.
    • Use data to inform recruiting strategies and develop processes that deliver a high-touch candidate experience. 
    • Submit all background checks for new hires, domestic and international.
    • Ensure HR receives all completed information on all candidates prior to candidates first day as a new employee.
    • Oversee event logistics and provide support as needed for recruiting events (i.e. university recruiting, internal meetings, etc.)
    • Troubleshoot scheduling issues as they arise.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
    • A team player mentality and a true people person capable of building trust effortlessly.
    • Able to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
    • Polished written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members and candidates at all levels with professionalism, tact, friendliness and diplomacy.
    • Proficient with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.).
    • You have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Tennessee for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles.
