                                    <div class="userDesignedContent company-description" ng-bind-html="field.value" rtl-direction-html="field.value"><ul><li>Be responsible for 6 Scrum teams deliverables;</li><li>Direct manager 3 Delivery managers;</li><li>Be responsible for RnD roadmap;</li><li>Plan and execute Feature releases;</li><li>Communicate and negotiate risks with studio top management;</li><li>Be involved in the day to day release and production activities;</li><li>Manage the scope, schedule, and resources of key initiatives, ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked;</li><li>Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;</li><li>Improve and support existing processes inside the RnD organization by working closely with other delivery managers in the studio;</li><li>Be a synchronization point for all teams in a studio and apply effective communication and synchronization across business and technical function teams.</li></ul></div>

                                    <div class="userDesignedContent company-description" ng-bind-html="field.value" rtl-direction-html="field.value"><ul><li>10+ years of experience as a Project manager, Game Producer;</li><li>2+ years of people management;</li><li>Deep knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle;</li><li>Strong Project management skills;</li><li>Experience in working with multiple projects (and teams) simultaneously;</li><li>Knowledge of Scrum/Agile development methodologies;</li><li>Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);</li><li>Experience with Change Management;</li><li>Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills);</li><li>Result-driven and self-organized;</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;</li><li>Strong relationship and communication skills;</li><li>Experience in Gaming industry (mobile games) is a big plus.</li></ul></div>
