This is a fast-paced, dynamic and global role on the Talent Acquisition Team recruiting technical and functional SAP consultants. Your primary responsibilities will include finding the best in class talent for our global SAP organization, working across multiple regions and time zones. You will find niche talent for our projects in Public Sector, Entertainment and Media, and Healthcare. Responsibilities include: Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates for open positions. Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications to determine their fit for specific roles. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and assistance to candidates. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems or other HR software. Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines. Providing guidance and support to junior staff or interns involved in recruitment activities, fostering their professional growth and development. Generating regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant demographics, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for their teams. Collaborating with the manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs. Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the recruitment process. Supporting the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent. Assisting in creating compelling job postings and marketing materials to promote open positions. Contributing to employer branding initiatives by showcasing the organization's culture and values through various channels.
