This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Admin role responsible for managing recruitment processes, coordinating with executives, hiring managers, and the entire TA team. The role requires familiarity with Zoho ATS to provide comprehensive support, streamline the recruitment process, ensure smooth ATS operations, provide user training, and assist in system optimization. Key responsibilities include system management & optimization, training & support, process improvement, and reporting & analytics using Zoho ATS. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess a collaborative mindset.
