Job Description

This 2025 summer internship in Workforce Management at Disney in Lantau Island, Hong Kong, offers an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate with industry experts. Interns will contribute to the creation of world-class experiences, gaining practical skills and industry knowledge. Responsibilities include conducting workload and schedule analysis, automating reports, and supporting field studies to improve operational efficiency. The internship is a full-time commitment for three months between May and August 2025.

Must have:

Current university student graduating in or after 2025
Major in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Available for a full-time internship (May-August 2025)

Good to have:

Previous work experience at Disney theme parks

Requirements

Current university students graduating in or after 2025, major in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or other related discipline.
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
