As Operations Lead - AGM/DGM at Paytm, you'll lead and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring operational goals are met. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, monitor daily operations, and own operational data and MIS, providing actionable insights. Responsibilities include onboarding and deployment oversight, process implementation, large-scale operations management, and team leadership. You'll drive continuous improvement and lead change management efforts. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in operations management, strong leadership skills, data analysis proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Experience in Fintech is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
AOP Management & Execution:
Lead and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across verticals, ensuring all operational goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Engage with senior leadership across departments to drive cross-functional synergies and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Operations Performance Monitoring:
Monitor daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and identifying areas for improvement. Conduct periodic reviews of business performance to take corrective actions as necessary.
Data & MIS Ownership:
Own operational data and Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and providing actionable insights.
Onboarding & Deployment:
Oversee the onboarding process and deployment timelines (TAT) to ensure operational efficiency. Act as the product interface for onboarding and deployment requirements.
Process Implementation & Adherence:
Develop and enforce processes to ensure operational consistency and compliance, implementing improvements where necessary.
Logistics & Large-Scale Operations Management:
Handle large-scale operations and logistics, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring smooth delivery of products and services.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage direct reportees, ensuring high performance and accountability. Mentor and guide team members for continuous improvement.
Change Management & Process Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead change management efforts to enhance operational produce

Skills & Qualifications:
Leadership & Management: Proven leadership experience in managing large operational teams across multiple verticals.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of operational processes, logistics management, and performance monitoring.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in data analysis, MIS, and generating actionable insights to drive business performance.
Change Management: Expertise in leading change initiatives and process improvements across large-scale operations.
Onboarding & Deployment: Familiarity with product onboarding processes and deployment requirements.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions quickly.
Educational Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field.

Preferred: MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 10+ years in operations management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in Fintech is a plus.
