The Project Development Assistant supports the Project Development Coordinator and Head of Project Development, ensuring project smoothness. Responsibilities include preparing breakdowns, updating the bidding hub, managing I/O, scheduling meetings, taking notes, assisting in pitch preparation, conducting industry research, and suggesting process improvements.  The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable liaising with various team members and clients.  Experience with Microsoft Office/G-Suite and ShotGrid/Flow is advantageous, but VFX knowledge isn't mandatory.
