Sustainable finance offers financial institutions opportunities to distinguish themselves when it comes to products and services, risk management and reporting and disclosures. 

Will you help our clients to integrate ESG into their entire operations and achieve the desired sustainable finance ambition. Would you like to navigate in a multidisciplinary and international environment, implement sustainable finance regulations, and be part of positive changes in society? 

What you will be doing 

Our Finance Consulting team supports the CFO to master new challenges. How to determine their sustainability ambition and what is the competition doing? What does sustainability mean for the finance function? What is the impact of sustainable finance on the future organisation? How to implement the ever-growing amount of regulations? 

As a Senior Consultant you’ll deliver our finance projects, support our teams, and coach our Consultants. You’ll use your knowledge, insights, creativity and leadership skills to inspire people, and work with our clients in co-creation. You’ll work in multidisciplinary and often international teams, that also include experts in strategy, technology, risk, operations, change management and regulation. 

We’ll provide you a home base in the Financial Services Finance Consulting team, which is an energetic and motivated group of people, with strong growth aspirations. You’ll help us to further build a team of sustainable finance, transformational and digital finance consultants, who keep track of leading tools for the future finance function. 

Does this describe you 

As a Senior Consultant in our Finance Consulting team you’ll need: 

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field 

• Experience in preferably consulting in the financial sector 

• Enthusiasm, a sharp mind, a pro-active nature and strong communication skills 

• Knowledge of Sustainable Finance Regulations preferable 

• The ambition to further develop your knowledge of the financial sector and be eager to gain more in-depth content knowledge on finance related topics including the future of finance 

• Business proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
