Email Designer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking a Freelance CRM (Email) Designer for our client, a prominent global mass media company based in New York City. This is a part-time, hybrid role (20 hours per week) that focuses on CRM design with a primary emphasis on email design.

As a Freelance CRM (Email) Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating engaging digital assets for CRM channels, including email, websites, and apps. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for design and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop engaging digital assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content for CRM channels (email, site, and app).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring the best possible user experience.
• Stay up to date on design trends, best practices, and CRM channel innovations.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience as a designer, preferably in a consumer-focused or revenue-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality design projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Working knowledge of G Suite and project management systems.
• Bonus: Experience in SMS design or combined designer-developer skills.

Note: To qualify for our benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week and have an assignment length of at least 10 weeks.
