Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team for Sunday City, a mobile real-life project currently in the soft launch stage. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a UI/UX team, ensuring the project maintains a consistent style, and collaborating effectively with the development team. You will be tasked with defining and maintaining pipelines, prioritizing tasks, and documenting project progress.
Must have:
- 2+ years UI/UX team management experience
- Figma/Adobe software proficiency
- Game design principles understanding
- Midcore/casual mobile project experience
- UI/UX theoretical framework knowledge
- Extensive gaming experience
- 2D icon and UI art development skills
- Interface design principles in Unity
- Relevant portfolio
Good to have:
- Experience in released or completed projects

Job Details
We're looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer for a mobile real-life project in the soft launch stage – Sunday City.
You are our person if you have:
- 2 or more years of experience managing a UI/UX team
- confident knowledge of Figma graphic editors / Adobe software
- deep understanding of the game design principles
- experience in developing midcore/casual mobile projects
- broad theoretical framework in UI/UX, vast gaming experience
- expertise in developing 2D icons and 2D art for UI
- understanding of the principles of interface design in Unity
- relevant portfolio
Will come in handy:
- experience of participation in released or completed projects
Some points on tasks:
- managing and developing a UI/UX team
- forming and maintaining pipelines
- planning and setting priorities for the team
- maintaining the project documentation
- facilitating effective communication between the department and the whole development team
- maintaining the project's style, analyzing and improving it on a regular basis
