User Researcher

You'll excel at uncovering user needs through methodical research, using diverse tools and techniques to generate actionable insights. Your collaborative approach will help our teams develop intuitive, user-friendly digital products that balance user needs with business objectives. You'll thrive in our dynamic environment where you can identify opportunities to improve digital entertainment and connectivity experiences for millions of users worldwide.
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years in a client-facing role at an agency
- Strong background in user research and digital design
- Experience driving research initiatives in cross-functional teams
- Track record of working in agile environments and global digital projects
- Expertise in evaluative research methods (usability testing, surveys, tree testing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with entertainment or connectivity technology products is a plus
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive user research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Partner with designers, product managers, and developers globally
- Conduct competitive analysis and synthesise market trends
- Create research deliverables and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Champion user-centred design across the organisation
- Manage research operations and vendor relationships
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops
