Job Summary
Job Description
The Senior NetSuite System Engineer manages and optimizes NetSuite systems for key business functions (financials, logistics, inventory). Responsibilities include collaborating with business teams, designing/implementing custom solutions, providing technical expertise, performing system configurations and data migrations, managing ERP/OneWorld module implementations, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user training. This role requires advanced SuiteScript skills, experience with integrations, and knowledge of NetSuite financials, logistics, and inventory management processes.
Must have:
- 9+ years NetSuite experience (customization, administration, development)
- Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder
- NetSuite financials, logistics, inventory expertise
- Advanced SuiteScript, complex integrations, customizations
- SQL, relational databases, data integration, analysis
Good to have:
- NetSuite Analytics knowledge
- Celigo/Boomi experience
- Subscription Billing/Zone Advanced billing knowledge
- Financial reporting, project management experience
- NetSuite certifications

What you’ll be working on
· Collaborate with the business teams to understand their business needs and requirements.
· Design, develop, and implement customized & scalable solutions within the NetSuite platform.
· Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on NetSuite best practices.
· Perform system configurations, data migration and implement accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets
· Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and
processes.
· Manage implementation process for ERP& OneWorld modules.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite implementations.
· Provide training and support to end-users and hold training sessions on user adopƟon, etc as needed.

What you bring to the role:
· 9+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including customization, administration, and development.
· Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder.
· Knowledge of NetSuite Analytics preferred.
· Past expertise in NetSuite financials, logistics, inventory management, and warehousing processes.
· Highly skilled in advanced SuiteScript techniques and able to handle complex integrations and customizations that require deep technical knowledge.
· Experienced in performance tuning, advanced workflows, advanced reporting, and creating efficient, scalable solutions.
· Typically familiar with managing large-scale projects and might have experience working with the latest NetSuite features or contributing to system upgrades.
· Skilled in SQL development, relational databases, data integration, and analysis.
· Experience with middleware platforms like Celigo and Boomi, along with system implementation and integration.

· Knowledge of Subscription Billing /Zone Advanced billing is an added advantage
