Summary

As an SAP BRF+ Managing Consultant at invenioLSI, you will analyze, design, and develop reports/dashboards, actively participate in Agile development, and lead a team of junior consultants. Responsibilities include creating BRF+ functions, rules, and rulesets; debugging ABAP objects and BRF+; leading workstream activities; and contributing to functional and technical specifications. You'll also participate in client workshops, requirements capture, and test automation. Experience in ABAP development (10-12 years) with at least 3 years in BRF+ is crucial, along with full life-cycle implementation project experience and understanding of SAP Activate Methodology. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Role- SAP BRF+ Managing Consultant                                                                                                                        
SAP Skills 
  • Must have 10-12 Years of ABAP Development experience with at least 3 years' experience in BRF+.
  • Must have experience in creating BRF+ Functions, Rules/Expressions and Rulesets, Decision tables.
  • Expert in debugging ABAP objects and BRF+.
  • At least three full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
  • Understands SAP Activate Methodology. 
  • Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
  • Understands of integration between modules.
  • Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development. 
  • Expertise in areas like Reports, Module Pool, Forms, RFC, BAPI, BADI, BDC, User Exits, enhancement points and ABAP OOP’s.
  • Experience/Knowledge of Tax and revenue module is desirable.
Responsibilities 
  • Analyze, design, and develop reports/dashboards based on the requirements.
  • Actively participate in Agile planning development process.
  • Manage a team of junior consultants as a mentor / Lead.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in Client Workshops.
  • Participate in Requirements Capture & Analysis
  • Contribute to Functional Specifications / Technical Specifications & Business Process Definitions.
  • Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.                                                                                              
  • Author Test Plans.

  • Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
  • Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
  • Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
  • Understands detailed business functionality related directly and indirectly to SAP project.
  • Apply best business practices, especially those that SAP enables to meet client needs.

  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assists in management of scope.
  • Develop new professional peer relationships for additional business or possible new consultants.

  • Communicates project resource requirements to staffing coordinator/clients.
  • Ensures quality implementation (works with QA program)
  • May participate in Pre-Sales as part of the client pursuit team.
