Job Description

The HR Shared Services Coordinator in Mexico City will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, terminations, compensation adjustments, and contract updates. Responsibilities include processing transactions in various systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, payroll), onboarding new hires, maintaining employee documentation, supporting employee and manager inquiries, and managing benefits programs. The role also involves payroll administration, severance calculation, record management, government payment processing, participation in company-wide projects, and internal/external HR audit support. Regional responsibilities include adapting P&T communications to local needs and providing data for compensation surveys. This position requires strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and at least 3 years of HR experience.

DESCRIPCION GENERAL

Administración de la fuerza laboral para la localidad México, que incluye:

  • Manejo y coordinación de todos los aspectos del ciclo de vida de los empleados, tales como contratación, despidos, ajustes de mercado, promociones, actualizaciones de contratos, cambios en los términos y condiciones, etc.
  • Realizar transacciones de P&T en varios sistemas de P&T: SAP, SuccessFactors, sistemas de nómina, etc.
  • Facilitar la orientación de nuevas contrataciones para la incorporación de nuevos empleados.
  • Mantener la documentación de los empleados locales según sea necesario, como archivos de personal, archivos de seguridad social, informes estatales, confirmación de elegibilidad de empleo, registro de vacaciones, archivos médicos, etc.
  • Apoyar consultas de empleados y gerentes y procesar solicitudes siguiendo las pautas requeridas.
  • Educar a los empleados y gerentes de los servicios disponibles para ellos y fomentar herramientas de autoservicio como myGPS y otros sistemas.

RESPONSABILIDADES LOCALES

  • Administrar los programas de beneficios (administración diaria de beneficios, enlace con proveedores, etc.)
  • Administrar el proceso de nómina.
  • Revisar los cálculos de finiquitos y liquidaciones (proceso de desvinculación de la organización)
  • Archivar y gestionar los expedientes.
  • Gestionar diversos pagos gubernamentales (IMSS, FONACOT, etc.).
  • Participar en proyectos de toda la empresa, como actualizaciones del sistema de P&T o implementación de nueva tecnología de P&T a nivel regional / global, incluyendo pruebas y capacitación, según sea necesario.
  • Dar seguimiento a auditorías internas y externas de RH
  • Procesar las facturas del proveedor y obtener las aprobaciones apropiadas según la Matriz de aprobación
  • Documentar y dar respuesta a las consultas entrantes de P&T dentro de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio identificados a través de la herramienta myGPS, correos electrónicos, visitas o llamadas.
  • Asegurarse de que las políticas, los beneficios y cualquier información relacionada con P&T se mantenga actualizada en el portal del empleado (myGPS)

RESPONSABILIDADES REGIONALES

  • Asistir en la adaptación de las comunicaciones de P&T a la oficina local y las necesidades culturales, incluida la revisión de las traducciones de idiomas.
  • Proporcionar datos para encuestas de compensación.

COMPETENCIAS

EDUCACION

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos

EXPERIENCIA

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en áreas relacionadas a la gestión de Recursos Humanos.
  •  Ingresos de datos.
  •  Nómina (deseable)
