Salesforce Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading global e-commerce company located in Austin, TX. This hybrid role will offer you the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact Salesforce CRM solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will join the global business operations team, working closely with multiple stakeholders and the CRM team to ensure Salesforce solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll be responsible for gathering and defining business requirements, developing user stories, and collaborating with team members to design and test effective solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
• Analyze the organization’s structure, policies, and operations to recommend Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with the Product Manager to translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Work with team members to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to test and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Plan and lead meetings with stakeholders, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in prioritization meetings with the SCRUM master and Product Owner.
• Manage risks and issues, escalating to senior stakeholders for resolution.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting user issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve system problems, and communicating solutions to relevant departments.
• Document use cases, business/system/functional requirements.

• Experience working in an agile environment and adapting to change.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
