Job Description
As a QA Engineer Intern (AI User Acceptance Testing & Automation), you'll ensure the quality and reliability of AI-driven products. You will collaborate with engineers and data scientists, designing, implementing, and automating user acceptance testing for AI applications. This internship provides opportunities to learn AI testing methodologies and best practices, including testing LLMs and AI agent integrations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing test cases, automating testing workflows, identifying and tracking software defects, collaborating on AI model validation strategies, ensuring compliance, and testing LLM and AI agent integrations. The role requires full-time availability and advanced English proficiency.
Must have:

About the Role
As a QA Engineer Intern (AI User Acceptance Testing & Automation), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven products. You will work closely with engineers and data scientists to design, implement, and automate user acceptance testing for AI applications. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about AI testing methodologies and industry best practices. Experience testing LLMs and AI agent integrations is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases for AI-based applications and interfaces.
- Automate testing workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve AI model validation strategies.
- Ensure AI systems meet user acceptance and compliance requirements.
- Test and validate integrations with LLMs and AI agents.
- Full-time availability
- Advanced proficiency in English is required
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Experience with Python, Selenium, or other automation frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI bias, hallucinations, and model validation is beneficial.
- Experience working with LLMs and AI agent integration is preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in OpenAI and Azure environments.
Fluent, Bi-lingual (Spanish and English): interviews will be held in English.
Role can work remotely in the states of Ciudad de Mexico, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Aguascalientes, Queretaro, Estado de Mexico and Puebla. You need to be based in Mexico at one of the above locations.
