IT Lead

• Must be very strong in Azure cloud administration, Intune, Office 365 administration, ITSM tools, and advanced windows server troubleshooting. 
  
• Hands-on experience with installation and troubleshooting of server-client issues. 
  
• Administration experience with Atlassian products (like JIRA, Confluence, etc.,). 
  
• Have an excellent understanding of protocols and core networking concepts and ability to use diagnostic tools such as traceroute, ping, and nslookup etc., 
  
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing best practices including but not limited to IT operations, security practices, backup mechanisms and disaster recovery strategies. 
  
• Must be aware, and willing to own all IT-related policies and compliance.  
  
• Ability to drive the company infrastructure independently 
  
• Ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it. 
  
• Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.). 
  

Other requirements: Should have at least two of the following certification: Any windows server certification + MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-800.
