Job Description

The Sales Representative at Mattel will maintain information bases and KPI dashboards, generate business analyses, manage annual customer bookings, and develop monthly supply forecasts. Responsibilities include managing distributions and suggested orders, communicating with customers, following up on inventory and deliveries, delivering executive summaries, and creating presentations for business meetings. The ideal candidate possesses basic knowledge of account management, sales techniques, and commercial indicators, along with 2 years of experience in the commercial or consumer industry. Strong Excel skills and intermediate-advanced English are required. This role involves on-site work in Mexico City.

Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be

  • Maintenance of information bases and KPI's dashboards.
  • Business analysis generation.
  • Distributions and suggested orders.
  • Management of annual customer booking.
  • Development of monthly supply needs (forecasting).
  • Communication and attention to assigned customer needs.
  • Follow up on required inventory reservations, allocations and customer deliveries.
  • Delivery of executive summaries of business status.
  • Development of presentations for business follow-up meetings (internal and external).

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of account management, sales techniques and strategies, and commercial indicators.
  • 2 years of experience in the commercial and/or consumer industry.
  • Inventory management
  • Tolerance to frustration and control of work under pressure. 
  • Accountability 
  • Advanced Office (Excel)
  • Basic Knowledge in Tableau
  • Intermediate-Advanced English
