Trendyol seeks Marketplace Development Professionals to manage projects end-to-end, collaborating with various teams (Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, etc.). Responsibilities include reducing seller pain points, prioritizing needs, tracking KPIs, improving seller experience, developing guidelines, creating user stories, identifying innovative projects, and analyzing results to guide strategy. This role demands strong communication, analytical skills, and agile experience within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Trendyol's Core Commerce Division strategically unites and transforms commerce into a journey of innovation, efficiency, and growth. At the heart of Trendyol's operations, our Core Commerce Team drives our commercial strategy, charting a course towards sustainable development and profitable growth.

Within this framework, our umbrella encompasses Category, Category Planning, Project Development, Marketplace, Services, International Fashion, and Global Platform teams, each a vital cog in our commercial strategy.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct projects end-to-end from early-stage research through development, in consultation with stakeholders.
    • Continuously reduce pain areas for the partners/sellers, by working closely with other functions including Technology, Operation, Customer and Seller Experiences, Category, Fraud, Policy teams
    • Contribute the projects, to provide requirements and prioritization for seller/partner needs to improve the quality of experience and journey
    • Regular tracking of KPI's and planning necessary developments by detecting improvement areas
    • Follow e-commerce & marketplace environment best practices, develop projects that will improve seller engagement and follow up on the actions to be taken by other teams
    • Translating business requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance
    • Create and update guidelines/procedures for the Seller life cycle
    • Finding new, innovative project ideas and pre-analysis
    • Designing the best seller & customer experience in marketplace processes
    • Quantitatively analyzing results to drive product direction & strategy
    • Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management,
    • 2 to 4 years of working experience in project management or process development or business analyst. Also, product management experience is a plus
    • Experienced in "agile" working environment and project and familiar with project iteration culture
    • Collaborate with different stakeholders when necessary and develop cross-team coordination skills
    • Having business judgment and good instincts while working closely with technology teams
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve seller problems
    • Results-oriented, well-organized, autonomous and efficient,
    • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
