G5 Entertainment is seeking a Business Development Manager (Marketing) to manage global partner relationships. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, identifying and establishing new partnerships, participating in strategic business development initiatives, managing all partner relationships for the marketing department, screening new and existing contacts/deals/agreements, and keeping updated information on current accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience across different regions, working with international contracts, and strong negotiation skills in Russian and English. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.

G5 Entertainment AB is a Swedish mobile game publisher and developer. 20 years ago we became the first mobile developers in the CIS and since then we have been leading the game industry. We develop games in the genres of Match-3, Hidden Object, Mahjong Solitaire. Our portfolio includes 20+ world-class f2p projects, including Hidden City®, Jewels of Rome™, Mahjong Journey®, Homicide Squad®, Jewels of the Wild West™, etc.

We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Business Development Manager to represent our company on the global market. You will collaborate closely with major partners, overseeing high-value contracts and fostering long-term relationships.

This role emphasizes sharing best practices and mutual support within our teams, as well as a commitment to long-term cooperation with our partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current partners, identify, assess, and establish new partnerships.

  • Participate in strategic business development initiatives.

  • Manage all partner relationships for the marketing department, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and regular correspondence.

  • Screen new and existing contacts/deals/agreements to seek better deals or new opportunities aligned with company goals.

  • Keep updated information on current accounts using the company's internal tracking systems.

Our requirements:

  • Business Development experience across different regions (e.g. North America, Europe and Asia);

  • Experience of working with the international contracts;

  • Strong negotiation skills in Russian and English (minimum Advanced level of fluency);

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Performance marketing, development, finance, legal, etc.);

  • Experience in the gaming industry is a major plus.
