As a Seller Operations Professional at Trendyol, you'll coordinate with sellers to ensure timely order delivery, manage product procurement, and streamline operational processes. Responsibilities include visiting seller sites for training, generating quality metrics reports, identifying improvement areas, and developing processes for new countries. ABOUT THE TEAM

Your Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sellers to assure orders arrive to customer within the deadline.
- Coordinate with sellers and other units for product procurement.
- Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes.
- Visiting and training seller's site operations.
- Prepare operational quality metrics reports ( "on time in full" order management).
- Follow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects.
- Coordinate and create operational processes for new countries.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
- At least 2 years of experience, supplier management.
- Good command of MS Office, (especially excel knowledge).
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
- Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
