Job Summary
Job Description
As a Senior KSA Lawyer at Trendyol, you'll provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with Gulf region regulations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring regulatory changes, managing disputes, supporting corporate governance, and delivering legal training. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and work on cross-border legal issues. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in corporate/commercial law, particularly in e-commerce or related industries, deep knowledge of KSA legal frameworks, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Provide advice on corporate and commercial legal matters, ensuring compliance with Gulf region regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory developments and recommend actions to mitigate potential risks.
- Support corporate governance, including board meeting preparations and shareholder communications.
- Manage disputes, coordinating with external legal advisors as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align legal support with business goals.
- Develop and deliver training to promote legal awareness and compliance across the company.
Your Profile
- A law degree with extensive experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or retail industries.
- Deep knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in the Gulf region.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate clear, precise contracts and agreements.
- Experience handling legal disputes, including working with external counsel on cross-border issues.
- Strong understanding of regulations such as data protection, consumer protection, and trade compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with diverse teams.
- High proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
