Appier seeks a Marketing Member in Japan to develop and execute marketing programs boosting lead generation and product adoption. Responsibilities include identifying industry tradeshows, developing Appier-led events, collaborating on online lead generation, tailoring programs for sales teams, conducting lead conversion process analysis, budget management, educating global counterparts on local market needs, collaborating with vendors, and leading ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, strong English and Japanese fluency, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must have:

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing member passionate about generating leads and driving business results in Japan via integrated channels

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing programs for the purpose of increasing lead generation, product adoption across Japan markets, including:
  • Identifying key industry tradeshows and events to increase marketing qualified leads
  • Developing Appier-led events to generate leads on our solutions
  • Collaborating with the digital lead to support and localize online lead generation programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in sales to tailor programs to meet the needs of local sales teams
  • Analytical thinking, familiar with lead conversion process, and process tracking. Able to gather findings from the results, and plan based on the findings.
  • Propose and manage budget to support marketing activities in Japan
  • Educate global marketing counterparts on local market needs, conditions and priorities
  • Collaborate with marketing counterparts and manage with vendors to deliver quality marketing materials and experiences for clients
  • Lead critical ad-hoc projects to support the company’s strategic growth levers

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in BtoB marketing
  • Good command of written English; fluency in Japanese
  • A strategic growth mindset and excellent organizational skills

 

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in BtoB marketing
  • Experience in event marketing, nurturing, and digital
  • A self-driven and creative individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work with local and global stakeholders to align marketing plan, business plan and local market
  • Strong writing/proofreading skills, and copy writing skill
  • Good command of written and spoken Japanese and English
  • Manage owned marketing budget and well-control budget on project basis.
