Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive promoting.
  • Experience working with channel business, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and to achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will be working with new customers as they go through a sustainable onboarding period, you set the goal and the strategy for how their products and services reach thousands or millions of users. You will have a set of new customers for six months to make them successful long-term and grow the next generation of high-potential customers for Google. You work with a highly engaged, fun team and bring creativity to grow and transform. You will use your strengths in product knowledge, consultative promoting, and account management. You will work cross-functionally with our Acquisitions, Product, Program, and Same-Store teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
