Website Development Supervisor

- Lead team in day-to-day activities by supporting them in all aspects of delivery, making process decisions, determining task assignments, and setting expectations with stakeholders regarding schedules
- Coordinate product and process changes between domestic and international teams
- Stay current with new technologies and best practices
- Ensure that deliverables are high quality and meet deadlines
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training to team members
- Motivate team to innovate and keep up with current web best practices
- Address and resolve personnel issues to ensure a positive work environment
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years, of which at least 1 is in a leadership role
- Has a strong practical understanding of how to code a website using a given design, current front-end theories, and website best practices
- Experience in:
- Designing and developing mission critical products
- Agile Scrum methodology
- Development of responsive websites with excellent coding skills on HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
- Utilizing a CSS pre-processor (.LESS, SASS)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and distributed teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
