As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an IT Generalist Intern to join the team. The IT intern will assist in providing technical support to our team of developers and designers and will have the opportunity to develop and improve technical skills.
Responsibilities
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
Participate in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, workstations, and network equipment.
Contribute to the management and monitoring of IT infrastructure and report anomalies.
- Assist in responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems and help develop solutions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of PC hardware components and desktop operating systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Great communication skills in English.*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
