Job Description

The Entertainment Technician (Warehouse) at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort supports the daily technical operation and maintenance of various shows and events. Responsibilities include equipment check-in/check-out, packing, loading, preventative maintenance, inventory checks, and report preparation. The role requires shift duty, including weekends and holidays. The position demands a team player with excellent communication skills and at least one year of warehouse or entertainment equipment management experience. Tertiary education or equivalent is required. Specific focus within the technical team depends on experience. Supervisory experience is needed for senior-level positions.
Must have:
  • 1+ year warehouse/equipment mgmt exp.
  • Equipment handling & maintenance
  • Inventory & report preparation
  • Teamwork & communication skills
  • Shift work availability
Good to have:
  • MS Office (Access, Maximo)
  • Driving & Forklift license
  • Lighting, audio, SFX knowledge
  • Lifting & access equipment exp.

Job Summary:



5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:

When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

Responsibilities:

Entertainment Technician supports the daily technical operation and maintenance of different shows and events at Hong Kong Disneyland. Each position has a specific focus within the technical team depending on experience.
  • Handle check-in and check-out for all entertainment equipment, including equipment packing and loading
  • Conduct and document all preventative maintenance on entertainment equipment and facilities
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and prepare various tracking reports for Management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or entertainment equipment management, supervisory experience required for senior level
  • Experience with lifting and access equipment preferred
  • Shift duty is required
  • Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good computer skills in MS Office application, including MS Access and Maximo date entry preferred
  • Driving license and Forklift license is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of lighting, audio, SFX, rigging and stage equipment is preferred

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
