Motive is a AAA video game development studio established in 2015, and located in Montreal, Quebec. The studio is part of Electronic Arts studio network and has worked on action-adventure licenses. Motive supported the solo campaign on Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II and was the lead developer of Star Wars™: Squadrons and the Dead Space™ remake. The team is currently working on an Iron Man™ game.&nbsp;At Motive, we encourage innovation and calculated risk-taking in our approach to game development. We put significant emphasis on creating safe spaces through our practices and a culture that offers our teams the freedom, autonomy, and time to innovate where it matters.
