Job Description
Trendyol International is seeking an HRBP to join their Gulf team in the Riyadh office. This role will provide a broad range of experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development specifically for the Gulf region. Responsibilities include driving HR processes, partnering across the HR matrix to execute solutions and services, providing strategic HR support, managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining HR data sources, and working closely with leadership to improve work relationships and engagement.
Must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- HR experience at business partner level
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced environment in the Gulf region
- Proven hands-on attitude, flexibility, and adaptability
- Strong knowledge of KSA and UAE Labor Law, talent market
Good to have:
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel and HR information systems

We are looking for an HRBP to join our Gulf team in the Riyadh office. The international HR team is diverse and dynamic. Our members are spread over Turkey, Germany, the Netherland, Luxembourg and Saudi Arabia.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of experience in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organizational development specifically for the Gulf region.
- Drive all HR processes within responsible accounts (recruitment, performance management, engagement survey etc.)
- Be partner across an HR matrix to execute end-to-end HR solutions and services,
- Provide generalist operational and strategic HR Business Partner support across responsible accounts
- Be able to develop effective working relationships with account’s employees,
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations,
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance,
- Maintain HR Data sources, design and run HR reports, work on trends,
- Work closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree
- Have HR experience gained at business partner level ideally within a high volume, fast-paced environment in the Gulf region
- Take ownership and drive of HR processes with a high level of attention and take action quickly,
- Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable,
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel and HR information systems would be advantageous,
- Strong knowledge of KSA and UAE Labor Law, talent market.
