About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who’s passionate about connecting amazing people with the right opportunities. If you love finding talent, creating great candidate experiences, and shaping the future of a growing company, this role is for you. You’ll be at the heart of our hiring process, working closely with hiring managers to bring in the best talent and ensure Pocket Worlds continues to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing and screening to making offers and welcoming new hires.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across all teams to understand hiring needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies.

• Actively source top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, and beyond.

• Conduct thoughtful, engaging interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with potential hires, ensuring we have a solid talent pipeline for the future.

• Help us showcase our company’s culture and values through an engaging employer branding strategy.

• Provide candidates with an outstanding experience, keeping them informed and excited throughout the hiring process.

• Stay ahead of recruiting trends and best practices to continually improve our approach.

• Leverage data and insights to refine hiring strategies and improve our processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.

• A strong track record of hiring across technical, creative, and operational roles.

• Proven ability to source and engage talent using various platforms and strategies.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to make candidates and hiring managers feel heard and supported.

• The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the hiring process smooth and efficient.

• A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome.

• Experience using Ashby and other similar recruiting tools.

• A proactive mindset—you’re always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
