  • Maintain and update department budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring alignment with financial goals.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on cost tracking to relevant stakeholders.

  • Facilitate the procurement of equipment as needed, ensuring proper vendor selection, cost control, and delivery timelines.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Provide operational support for strategic projects, assisting with resource allocation, timeline management, and tracking progress.

  • Be available on-call for urgent matters, including handling breaking news and processing cash advances.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Solid experience in a similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis skills.

  • Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and analytical with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with expense reporting systems, ideally SAP Concur.

  • Experience with accounts payable systems, such as PeopleSoft and SAP Ariba.
