Role Overview
You will support our office team, helping with the day-to-day operations of the staff in our fast-growing Jakarta office of about 120 staff. You will have a wide scope of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure employees follow the office regulations and rules
- Support our Office team
- Maintaining office administrative systems
- Organizing company events, conferences, and various scheduling tasks
- Managing office orders of equipment and supplies
- Ensure office amenities are fulfilled
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are compliantly implemented.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Administration or General Affair Officer.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal. You will be working alongside people from various countries.
- People’s person - great communicator, outgoing, able to build strong personal relationships with a variety of people.
- Have knowledge of creating employee event & gathering
- A hands on person. You will be required to do a lot of walking around for site visits, shopping, and general checking on facilities
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Able to work from office for 5 days (Mon-Fri)
