■職務内容
ゲームプラットフォームの開発におけるテクニカルプログラムマネジメント業務を担っていただきます。
ネットワークサービスとネットワークSDKのリリースマネジメントチームの一員として、他のチームと連携し、最大限の成果を生み出すために担当プロジェクトをマネジメントしていただきます。
USのマネージャーと直接連携をし，QA部門とグローバルに点在する多数のコンポーネント開発チームとを連携させ，スケジュール通りに高品質にリリースを可能にするためのコーディネーションやマネジメント業務を行います。
本ポジションは世界有数の大規模なネットワークシステムの開発及びに大規模Agile開発の経験を積むことが可能です。

■組織・職場紹介
職場は東京で、現在リモート中心となっていますが、オフサイトでのチームビルディング機会があります。
チームメンバーは20 代、30 代の社員も多く、若い世代の方や経験者入社の方であっても意見が言えてフラットに議論ができる職場です。ゲーム好きな社員が多いため、自社の製品やゲームについて会話することも頻繁にあります。
ステークホルダーも様々おり、業務内容がUSのマネージャーとダイレクトにやり取りすることも多く、日常的に英語を使うことも多いため、将来グローバルなポジションでのキャリア形成を考えている方にも向いているポジションです。

【必須（MUST）】
・プロジェクト・プログラム管理とソフトウェア開発プロセスに関する深い知識と経験
・大規模システムのリリースマネジメント経験
・ネットワークサービス/サーバクライアントシステムに関する基礎知識
・問題の切り分けと解決に至るアプローチの提案能力

【歓迎（WANT）】

・複数プロジェクトを同時に管理した経験

・Agile開発でのスクラムマスター、あるいはプロダクトオーナーの経験
