We're looking for an experienced Manager- US Tax to join our Tax team. Reporting to the Senior Manager- tax, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborate closely with the broader finance organization to ensure tax transactions and changes in tax legislation are accurately documented and accounted for under local tax guidelines for each entity
- Support the US team through preparation of workpapers to support the Annual and quarterly US and other North America region income tax provision
- Prepare federal, state and local income tax workpapers and review income tax returns prepared from external tax advisors
- Prepare and/or review of indirect tax workpapers and tax forms
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Charted Accountant with minimum of 7 to 9 years of related experience with a combination of public accounting and industry experience
- Extensive knowledge in handling the income tax and indirect tax for North America region (including US GAAP accounting for income taxes); familiarity with international tax is preferred

- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex subject matter to leadership, peers and other levels in the company
- Good business sense and ability to generate insightful analysis
